Packaging

Products purchased from this store are packed with care to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged.  However some elements are not within our control. If an item arrives damaged please contact our team hello@laurenjritchie.com

Local Pickup

Local Pickup from Studio is located at 220 Collins Street Melbourne, if you select this upon checkout we will be in contact with you to arrange a time for pickup from the studio.  The studio is open by appointment only at this time. 

Shipping Rates

Pieces from inventory will typically be dispatched within 1 - 3 business days.  All shipping includes signature on delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your hat or headpiece.

Our standard and express delivery uses Australia Post and will take between 1-3 business days to arrive following dispatch in regular delivery conditions.  The price is determined by the sizing of the packaging to ensure your piece arrives safely

Our standard international delivery uses Australia Post and overseas postal services and will take between 7 - 21 days to arrive following dispatch in regular delivery conditions. 

Duty Fees and Taxes for International Shipping

Some countries have duty fees and other taxes. Please note that Lauren J Ritchie takes no responsibility if:

- you exceed the amount you are allowed to import into the destination country

- you need to pay any fees to allow your order to leave customs

- the order is retained for inspection by customs (with consequent delays in the delivery)
