Teaching Profile
Lauren began her millinery career by learning from some of the greats, including Louise Macdonald, Paris Kyne, Serena Lindeman, and Edwina Ibbotson. She has gone on to further develop this foundation by launching her business in the Manchester Unity Building and creating high-quality pieces that she shares with customers around the world.
In 2014, Lauren completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Learning through Deakin University alongside a Certificate VI in Training and Assessment, which she ensures remains up to date. She has taught in the Fashion Department at RMIT University and currently teaches at Boxhill Institute and Holmesglen TAFE.
Lauren teaches a range of millinery skills through group millinery classes and private classes and produces teaching aids for publications including The Hat Magazine and MillineryInfo. Lauren also teaches with Louise Macdonald as part of her millinery school.
