Hosted by Chapeau Cassaude Association the competition is hosted in Causade France. The Section entered was Saint Catherine's in honour of the patron saint of millinery when the Catherinettes used to end postcards to each other and hats were made traditionally using the colours yellow for faith and green for widsom.
