Chapeau Caussade Les estivales is a competition held annually in Caussade France. There are several sections to the competition one of which is the Saint Catherine’s Day Competition. Part of the requirement for this section is the use of the colours yellow to represent faith and and green for wisdom.


Hattember is a competition hosted by Hatters Millinery Supplies and Embellish Atelier. Each entrant is provided with the same supplies for the category they have entered, either Racewear or Wearable Art. Parkins Fabric – Hat Competition

Parkin’s Fabric hosted a Hat Competition judged by Rachel Trevor-Morgan with the challenge presented to participants to make a hat or headpiece from a specific bundle of materials.  This red wool felt turban has a base covered with black veiling and has a black petersham edge to define the flowing line of the drape.
