Madi and Pip at Brisbane Racing Club

Fashion Designer and illustrator Emma Bond wore Madi and Pip created live illustrations at Brisbane Racing Club this week donning some fabulous headpieces.

Emma wore an Australian made Madi and Pip Bernadette silk gown with Swarovski hand sewn details. Great consideration was taken when this garment was constructed with silk used to give the garment structure instead of synthetic interfacing and cotton thread to replace polyester threads. This gown releases zero micropastics when washed and at the end of a loved life could return to the soil and naturally break down.

The fabric is a designer dead stock fabric from Wall Fabrics and matched perfecting to the Lauren J Ritchie Rae Halo in purple.  The rest of the accessories included Bared Footwear and Peggy and Twigg pearl earrings.

Courtney assisted Emma, as also wore a version of the Madi and Pip Bernadette in Australain Super single origin Australian cotton grown at St George.  It was sourced from Full Circle Fibres and sewn using zero plastic, this gown is biologically circular.

The white dress was paired with a Lauren J Ritchie Laceby Bow Headband in Cream Straw.
